Parent Information:

• Sign up sheets are on the bulletin board to your left as you enter the hallway of the pool entrance. The sheets are listed according to age group and gender, beginning with the 8 and unders. The other age groups' sheets are directly beneath the top sheet for each particular swim meet. Please make sure that your child is signed up for a swim meet you plan to attend. Also, please try not to sign up for those you do not plan to attend. Following these guidelines will alleviate delays during a meet and unnecessary extra time spent by parent volunteers. Make a habit of checking the team's bulletin board each day that you are able to do so for constant information during the summer. Please do not hesitate to ask questions of your coaches and your parent volunteer board of directors (Leigh Dollar, Jim Ausley, Michele Brown, Carol Kovac, Kathy Jex, Jenny Whitlow, Mark Whitlow, Renee Rogers, Roseanne Jones, Laura Hodge, Michelle Payne and Chandra Cobb).

Please let the coaches coach during practice.  Save any questions for after practice.  This allows them to give the children their full attention during practice.  Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
